MeetingMap is an AI tool designed to improve meeting efficiency and communication. The product provides AI transcription so participants can focus on discussions without worrying about note-taking, while also allowing absent members to catch up. Additional features include summaries, engagement insights, editable transcripts, and a chatbot (iClerk) for retrieving information and answering questions.

As a usability specialist, we planned and tested MeetingMap (Version 1.73.0) with the team. At the time, both the CEO and CTO were particularly interested in understanding how the product actually worked and why only a very small number of users subscribed to the premium version. To address these questions, we conducted usability testing with one pilot and eight participants of varying ages, genders, and fields of expertise. The study included five tasks focusing on the product’s primary features, followed by a set of post-task questions to capture user feedback and perceptions.
